Hi, we’re Space On The Cloud! We would like you to get some space up there (on the web cloud that is). We don’t mind who you choose, but we think we offer a great alternative to our competitors. Here’s a list of the principles we try and work to:

1. Not being over corporate – we want to offer a personal service, and a place where you feel at home and welcome. Rather than looking at a webhost’s site and feeling separated. However don’t let that make you think we’re not professional! We just want to be friendly!

2. Being affordable – we believe that everyone should be able to promote themselves on the web – no matter what their income is. So we try and be as reasonable as possible without compromising service quality. That’s why we offer a services from just £20 a year for website hosting. As part of that you can install some blogging software free of extra charges and of course we make it as easy as possible.

3. Make life easy – we believe that everyone should be able to control their account. That’s why we use cPanel as standard on our accounts. We also give you access to our extensive frequently asked questions section which is easy to use and doesn’t take ages to find what your looking for.

4. Accept criticism – if you don’t like something, we want to know! This will allow us to improve the service we offer to you and everyone else who uses our services. To the same point though – please keep it constructive as this will allow us to help! This also returns slightly to offering a personal service as we hope it will make us more approachable.
